Dr. Pia L. Scott Ed.D, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 3 states and has over 9 years of experience providing mental health therapy. She has worked with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, life transitions, domestic violence, grief, and loss. She works with a variety of individuals and groups from all walks of life leading to successful outcomes. Her counseling style is warm, interactive, and she believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Crystal Baptiste is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) for both the state of Maryland and Washington, D.C. she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Counseling at Charlotte Christian and Theological Seminary located in Charlotte, N.C. She later completed a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Liberty University located in Lynchburg, VA. She subscribes to the belief that holistic mental health is an integration of spirituality (not religion) and effective therapeutic methodologies.
After more than 20 years of experience as a hairstylist and an entrepreneur salon owner, she decided to reinvent herself as a mental health professional. Being an agent of change, with the ability to empower, create and facilitate transformation in the hair care industry made it possible to provide the same attributes in the mental health profession. The salon environment created an organic setting to teach active listening skills, empathy, open communication with verbal and non-verbal cues, rapport building, trust building, and professionalism. Dr Taylor, PhD, LGPC, CRC, CWIP is a distinguished scholar and practitioner who earned her PhD and Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Rehabilitation Counselor Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a primary focus on Trauma Informed Care. Her academic journey also includes a bachelor's degree in Human Services from Elon University. She is licensed as a Graduate Professional Counselor in Washington D.C. and possesses several national certifications, including Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Work Incentives Practitioner, and Certified Veterans Rehabilitation Counselor. Her extensive qualifications extend to certifications in Vocational Evaluation, Work Adjustment, Work Incentives Counseling, Behavioral Addictions, and online teaching.
Dr. Taylor's illustrious career spans academia, where she served as the Department Chair of Psychology, Counseling, and Behavioral Health at Coppin State University. Additionally, she acted as the undergraduate program coordinator for the esteemed Undergraduate Rehabilitation Services Program and co-coordinated the Comprehensive Post-Secondary Education Project at Coppin State University. Dr. Taylor has also been instrumental in educating the next generation of counselors through her contributions to the Graduate Rehabilitation Counseling Program.

Rashanda Bray LGSW/CSW, MSW, is an agent of change. Henry Augustine LPC has over 15 years of experience in mental health care. His experience started at Prince Georges’ Hospital as a psychiatric technician. After several years of working in Prince George’s Hospital, he started working as a mental health case worker assisting dually diagnosed clients. While working as a case manager, he had the privilege of working with clients who were unhoused and had ongoing substance use disorder. He has experience working with the LGBTQ community, and has taken numerous courses and received countless certificates as it pertains to the LGBTQ community. He has had extensive training and experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, dual diagnosis and psychopharmacology. He is an experienced Clinical Supervisor. Sieeda Jones LGSW is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker. Sieeda was born and raised in the Washington DC and Maryland areas. Sieeda attended Bennett College where she received her Bachelors Degree in Social Work and then went on to Howard University and earned her Masters Degree in Social Work. Since graduating Sieeda has worked with youth, families and individuals throughout the DC area.
