Our licensed providers use evidence-based approaches to talk therapy like Cognitive Behavioral, Solutions-Focused, Trauma-Informed including Race-Based Trauma. They listen to you as an individual.
We offer short-term counseling and long-term psychotherapy online.
Our group therapy sessions involve one or more licensed providers who lead a group of roughly five to 10 people. Typically, groups meet for an hour or two each week.
With online therapy (telepractice) you can meet with your therapist anywhere with a stable and secure internet or phone connection.
